Blade Runner
60,00 € – 90,00 €
This deeply personal and poetic interpretation by Croatian artist Aida Tosuni Petričević imagines Ridley Scott’s cult classic Blade Runner (1982) through a striking monochrome composition, softened by delicate textures and emotional symbolism. Created shortly after the passing of Vangelis, the legendary composer of the film’s soundtrack, the artwork is dedicated to him—and reflects a moment of personal resonance between artist and film.
The haunting final monologue, “All those moments will be lost in time…”, is hand-drawn into the character’s form, while the surrounding rain, birds, and high-rise silhouettes evoke themes of memory, mortality, and what it means to be human.
Printed as a limited edition digital print, this artwork is part of the first edition of NoMAD MOVIE ART 2022 – Film Classics through the Eyes of Croatian Authors – a collaboration between NOMAD.ART (then Split Nomad Gallery) and the Mediterranean Film Festival Split.
A powerful addition for collectors of original movie posters, admirers of Vangelis, and anyone moved by Blade Runner’s lasting legacy.
